Logic System AI - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Logic System AI ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use Logic System AI. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Software.
2. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio United States of America. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States for the resolution of any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Software.
3. Restrictions on Use
As a condition of your use of Logic System AI, you agree not to:
- a. Use Logic System AI to create, store, distribute or transmit any malicious code, including but not limited to viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other software or files designed to disrupt, damage, or compromise the security or functionality of any computer system or network;
- b. Use Logic System AI to create, store, distribute or transmit any illegal media or digital materials, including but not limited to child pornography or any other content that is illegal under United States law;
- c. Engage in any activity that violates any applicable United States law or regulation, or infringes on the rights of any third party;
- d. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of Logic System AI, or any systems or networks connected to Logic System AI, or reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the proprietary source code of the Software;
- e. Use any automated means, including bots, scripts, or other tools, to access or collect data from Logic System AI.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to and use of Logic System AI, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Logic System AI will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. You agree to be bound by the revised Terms by continuing to access or use Logic System AI after any revisions become effective.You must cease using Logic System AI if you do not agree to the new Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
Logic System AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, Logic System AI.
